Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Amélie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). In addition to having a solid academic background, including a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and a Master's degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Spirituality from Saint-Paul University, she is also involved in the Eco-Visions research team.
Outside of therapy, Amélie enjoys practicing a slower pace of life, finding meaning in the small moments of everyday life. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s paddleboarding with her dog on a peaceful river or being at home with her loved ones. One of her favorite quotes is, “With every sunrise, we have the opportunity to begin again, one step at a time,” a gentle reminder that personal growth, wellness, and renewal are possible every day.
